Public offer

Individual entrepreneur Klimov Stanislav Valerievich (TIN 712500018855, OGRNIP 306715214900034), operating under the brand "TITANIUM TECHNOLOGY" (hereinafter — the Seller), publishes this public offer (hereinafter — the Offer) for the sale of muzzle brake compensators and related products presented at https://titan-dtk.ru/.

The Offer is a public offer addressed to individuals and legal entities in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Acceptance of the Offer is the placement of an order on the Site and the transfer of an advance payment.

The Seller undertakes to manufacture and transfer to the Buyer the products selected on the Site, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the products and pay for them in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

The products comply with the technical regulations of the Russian Federation. The Seller has a certificate of conformity 2022–2027 and expert conclusions confirming the safety of operation.

The Buyer places an order through the form on the Site or by contacting the manager. The order specifies the model, caliber, thread, finish and delivery details. After confirming the specifications, the manager sends the bank details for the advance payment.

Prices are indicated on the Site in Russian rubles. The Seller is an individual entrepreneur and does not pay VAT. Payment is made in two stages: an advance payment of 5,000 ₽ to start production and the balance upon completion, before shipment. Payment is made by bank transfer to the Seller's account.

The production time is 2–3 weeks from the moment the prepayment is credited. Shipment is carried out by the transport company chosen by the Buyer (CDEK, Russian Post, PEK and others) at the Buyer's expense, only after full payment. The tracking number is sent on the day of dispatch.

The warranty period is 2 years. The warranty resource is 10,000 shots subject to compliance with operating conditions. The warranty does not apply to mechanical damage caused by improper installation, operation or storage.

In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights", products of proper quality made to the individual order of the Buyer (with selected caliber, thread and finish) are not subject to return or exchange. In case of manufacturing defect — the Buyer sends an appeal to red-dtk@yandex.ru. An examination is carried out; upon confirmation of the defect, the Seller replaces the product or returns the funds in full within 10 working days.

The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Offer in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper installation, operation or storage of products.

The processing of the Buyer's personal data is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the Privacy Policy posted at https://titan-dtk.ru/privacy.

The Seller has the right to amend this Offer unilaterally. The current version is published at https://titan-dtk.ru/offer. Disputes arising from this Offer are resolved through negotiations; if agreement is not reached — in court at the location of the Seller.
