Terms of Order

Each item is produced within 2–3 weeks from the moment the prepayment is credited to the Manufacturer's account. The timeframe may be extended for custom requirements (caliber, thread, finish) — in which case the Customer is notified in advance.

Payment is made in two stages: a 5,000 ₽ prepayment to start production + the balance upon completion, before shipment. Payment is processed by bank transfer to the account of IP Klimov S.V. Banking details are provided by the manager after order specifications are confirmed.

Delivery is handled by the carrier chosen by the Customer (SDEK, Russian Post, PEK and others). Shipping costs are paid by the Customer separately at the rates of the chosen carrier. Shipment is dispatched only after the order is paid in full. The tracking number is provided on the day of shipment.

All Titanium Technology products carry a 2-year warranty. Warranty service life is 10,000 rounds under proper operating conditions. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage resulting from improper installation, use or storage. Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium retains its performance properties for decades under normal use.

Pursuant to clause 4 of art. 26.1 of the Russian Federal Law "On Consumer Rights Protection", a product of adequate quality made to the Customer's individual specifications (selected caliber, thread and finish) is not subject to return or exchange. In case of a manufacturing defect, the Customer sends a request to red-dtk@yandex.ru. An expert review is carried out; upon confirmation of the defect the Manufacturer replaces the item or refunds the full amount within 10 business days.
